If you leave mid-month, we will not prorate you--you are billed for the entire month.
We only accept credit cards--if you don't have one then you must obtain a prepaid Visa card and reload it monthly.

Move-Out Procedure:

Let us know you plan to move out before you move out.
Take a photograph of your unit open with the unit number visible and upload it to the portal. Then Close the unit
There should be no trash inside or outside the unit.
You must call and request us to review the photograph so we can take you off of recurrent billing.
We does NOT supply a dumpster

**MULTIPLE UNITS**

If you wish to lease multiple units, be sure you first create a profile and rent 1 unit. After you rent 1 unit, login and select the rent now option to rent a 2nd unit. Please call us if you have questions about this process.
